What Services Does Do4You Provide?

Do4you provides on demand services including professional Laundry, Dry Cleaning and House Cleaning. All services are handled by our highly trained and courteous staff and are delivered right to your door. More services to come soon. 

 

How Do I Schedule My First Service?

You can schedule your first service on our website www.do4you.net, or on our mobile app (available on IOS or Android). If you have any difficulties, feel free to contact us by clicking here - our team is always happy to help!

 

Can I Use A Credit or Debit Card to Pay for Services?

Yes.  We accept worldwide Visa, MasterCard and JCB.

 

 

LAUNDRY SERVICE QUESTIONS

 

Can I Have Laundry Service Pickup/Delivery to my door?

Yes. We offer free pickup and free delivery to your door by one of our friendly and professional staff. 

 

What are the costs for Laundry and Dry Cleaning?

What Types of Laundry Products Do You Use?

We use high quality products (including fabric softener) designed to get your clothes clean and take care of your different fabrics. 

 

What Bags Should I Use For My First Laundry Services?

For your first order, simply separate your laundry into piles, Dry Cleaning, Wash & Fold, Wash and Iron, Ironing Only. We will bring the appropriate bags required, depending on which services you requested and put your laundry in the correct bag. We have 4 different bags. They are Wash and Fold, Dry Cleaning, Wash & Ironing and Ironing Only.  

 

What If Something is Missing or Damaged?

Please let us know if there are any problems with your order within 24 hours of receiving your clothes. We will do our best to rectify any missing or damaged items. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear. We will do our best to help recover any lost items. Our maximum indemnification for any lost items or damaged items are 3 times the cost of your order.

 

Is There a Minimum Order Charge for Laundry Service?

Yes. The minimum order charge is 300THB. Please check our price list of by clicking here

 

Will My Clothes Be Mixed With Other Customer's Clothes?

No.  Your clothes are always washed and dried separately.

 

Will My White Clothes Be Mixed With My Dark Clothes?

No. Your white clothes are always washed and dried separately 

 

Do You Offer Express Same Day Service?

Yes, we do offer express same day service but only for Wash & Fold Laundry and you have to have a pick up time prior to 1:00pm. Your clothes will be delivered on the same day between 7pm-8pm.  A 100% surcharge will be added to your bill. Please check our price list by clicking here.

 

What if I am Not Home When You Come to Deliver My Clothes?

A fee of 100 Baht will be charged to your order. We will look for you to schedule a new delivery time.

 

How Do Cancel/Reschedule?

For App User:

1.From your home screen, go to My Account >My Orders

2. Tap/Click on the order you want to Cancel/Reschedule.

3. Tap/Click on the Cancel/Reschedule button below.

4. Choose a new time for pickup/delivery.

For Website User:

1.From your home screen, go to My Account >My Orders

How Am I Alerted When My Clothes are Ready for Delivery?

We will send you an SMS/Email/App Notification approximately 3 hours before your cloths are scheduled to be delivered. 

 

What Are Your Pickup/Delivery Hours?

We offer free pick up and delivery Monday – Sunday from 7:00 AM to 11:00AM and 12:00PM to 8.00 PM. (Except public holidays)

 

Can I Use My Credit or Debit Card to Pay at my Door?

No. We currently don’t offer that. Also, please note that our staff has limited change on them, so please try and have appropriate bills to help in that regard.

 

What are Special Materials?

Actual prices are subject to change according to the services required to treat the actual items made of special materials. Examples include Sequins, Rhinestones or other unusual materials or design elements…….)

How Do I Schedule my House Cleaning?

When Are Your House Cleaning People Available?

We're available Monday - Sunday. Request a cleaning with a minimum 24 hours or up to a month in advance. 

 

How Much Does it Cost?

How Do I Pay?

You have the option to use any Debit/Credit Card and pay at the time your order has been confirmed or pay cash when the cleaning is completed.

 

Do I Tip?

Tipping is not required. We pay our people a fair wage.

 

Do You Bring Cleaning Supplies or Do I Have To Have Them Available?

We bring everything needed to clean your home except, a broom or a vacuum cleaner and a mop and a bucket. If there are any particular products you’d like us to use, please have them available.

 

What Tasks Can I Expect the Cleaner To Do?

Your cleaner will sweep and or vacuum all floor areas including rugs.  She will mop all suitable floor areas. She will clean all bathrooms, including toilets, bathtubs and showers. She will straighten up items left on the floor or on counter or furniture surfaces. She will clean all counter tops and surface areas. She will dust where it’s needed. She will change sheets and bedding if you have fresh available and make all beds.

What Tasks Won’t Be Done?

Your cleaner will not do dishes or laundry. 

 

Do I Need To Be There During the Cleaning?

No, you don’t need to stay at home, but you do need to be there when they arrive and if you don’t plan on being there when the job is finished, please make arrangements for your key to be left at the front desk or with security.

 

Are the House Cleaners Good?

All our House Cleaning staff are carefully vetted and trained. You can expect a thoroughly cleaned home and a friendly face and attitude from each and every one of our staff.

 

What if I am not satisfied with my house cleaning?

Please let us know if there are any problems with your order within 24 hours of receiving your House Cleaning. We will rectify the situation by coming back to your place and re-cleaning the areas that aren’t up to standard.

 

What if I am concerned about valuables in my apartment?

We do our best to hire honest people, but if you are concerned about something valuable in your apartment, you have two choices. 1. Stay in the apartment during the cleaning. 2. Lock up any items you are concerned about. We are not responsible for any items that might be missing.

 

Can I Cancel or Reschedule a House Cleaning?
